Very information book. It basically details numerous sports law cases, and provides the reader a look into how cases in sports have shaped the landscape of current major sports in usa. Good read, sometimes difficult to comprehend the outcomes due to use of law terms/language, but overall a good read..

I certainly can’t claim to bave read every word in this *very big* casebook but I have been through it enough to know that it is very, very good.
I have been an active practitioner in this area for almost 20 years. I work among other practitioners who are also very experienced. This book is constantly being “borrowed” because we all find it so useful.
(In the interest of full disclosure I should mention that I am a friend of one author and an acquaintance of the other, and that my name appears in the acknowledgements. But truly, it’s a terrific book.)
Highly recommended.
